Winemaking:
The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with temperature control, not exceeding 27ºC, for 12 days. Aged for nine months in French and American oak barrels.

From the best selection of Alicante Bouschet grapes, this wine aged for nine months in French and American oak barrels. It is a full-bodied wine with a dense colour and offers a unique experience of Alentejo wines. It pairs perfectly with food and has an excellent ageing capacity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16 to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes very well with white and red meat, barbecues, oriental cuisine, cheese and tapas.
