Product details

Winemaking:
Harvested manually into 20 kg boxes on September 7th, after careful selection of the grape varieties. Total destemming without crushing and gentle pressing followed by cold settling for 18 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at an approximate temperature of 15°C for 28 days. At the end of fermentation, the batch was partially aged for 6 months in 225-liter French oak barrels with monthly battonage. Finally, it was lightly filtered and bottled.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10-12ºC.
