Pre-fermentative maceration of 12 hours with cooling, gentle pressing, natural decantation followed immediately by a slow fermentation with controlled temperature and oak barrels stage.

Intense wine, due of the terroir of Encruzado variety. it is revealed in tasting by combining fruit citrus and the minted flavoured with mineral notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 7-14ºC.
