Product details
Direct pressing of whole bunches, followed by 24-hour static decantation. Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks. 30% of the batch is racked into used French oak barrels to complete fermentation. Subsequently, it is aged partially (30%) in used barrels with light concrete for approximately four months. The batch of the portion aged in barrels and stainless steel is prepared in mid-February, and bottling is carried out with fining and light filtration.

Tasting Notes:
Bright, lime green. Fruity aroma with notes of lemon and green apple, light vanilla toast, and a well-complex finish. The palate is marked by fresh acidity and a medium body. The fresh acidity is well balanced by the moderate alcohol content. The finish is crisp and long.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an appetizer.
