Pink salmon color, on the nose notes of cherry, raspberries, gooseberry and wild flowers. In the mouth you can feel the intensity especially of the fruit and mineral notes, in total harmony, offering a long and delicate finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at 11ºC. Keep the bottles layed down when it’s possible and in a room with controlled temperature.
Food Pairing:
Great by itself;Very gastronomic wine. Perfet to accompany typical barbecue meats, but incredibly versatile to accompany fish, seafood and sushi. Interesting also with pasta. Great with strong cheeses, like cured cheeses and blue cheese.
