Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Unloading of whole grapes into a pulp pump, from where they are sent to the pneumatic press where a light pressing is carried out. The must obtained is transferred to a stainless steel tank and subjected to static decantation for clarification. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Pale pink color. It reveals several aromatic layers of pomegranate, cherry and blackcurrant, accompanied by spicy notes that add complexity to the aromatic profile. In the mouth the wine is full, fresh and dry. The finish is fresh and elegant, with a long-lasting mineral sensation that lingers.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with risotto, tuna steak, charcoal-grilled fish, octopus.
