Tasting Notes:
It is a fresh wine with some persistence and is very elegant. Dry, with firm but smooth acidity. Good finish, with a light balsamic aftertaste, reminiscent of the typical wineries of the region.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
A versatile wine, ideal for light appetizers, charcuterie or starters based on fish and seafood, lobster rice or white meats. Sushi, Sashimi, Carpaccios & Meat Tartars. Light, soft cheeses. Ideal for Mediterranean dishes.
