Tasting Notes:
Pale pink colour. Aroma of fresh red fruits, mineral and slightly floral. In the mouth is structured with great freshness. Delicate but persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store it horizontally, preferably in the dark. Serve at a temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany with sushi, risotto, grilled meats and fish dishes.
