Winemaking:
The wine was vinified in temperature-controlled troche-conical vats at 25 to 27°C, using the pumping-over technique four times a day. Malolactic fermentation also took place in stainless steel vats. This R batch consists of 90% wine without aging in wood and 10% in second- and third-year French oak barrels for a period of 11 months.

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended Tasting Temperature: 16 to 18°C. Will evolve positively over the next few years. Subject to deposit formation with age.

Food Pairing:
Great accompaniment to meat dishes, game, sausages and cheese, especially soft cheeses.
