Winemaking:
Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Fresh and very fruity aroma, with red fruits and hints of spice and vanilla. On the palate it's intense, smooth, greedy, with quality tannins and well-integrated wood. The balanced acidity and the presence of fruit flavours make the wine elegant, extremely long and pleasant.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Enjoy with well flavoured dishes of either red or more elaborately prepared white meats. A wine that can accompany both traditional or modern cuisine.
