Tasting Notes:
Medium nasal intensity, tannins, body and acidity. Deep ruby-purple colour, purple-red tones with complex aromas. Full aroma, good concentration, soft tannin structure. Plums, black cherry, black pepper, licoricey aromas and flavours.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16º-18º C.
Food Pairing:
Accompanies red meat, cured or semi-cured cheeses, and also sausages.
