Winemaking:
The fermentation took place at a controlled temperature, in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance, in small lagares of 5 tons, with treading and delestage.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby coloured wine, with aromas of red fruits and berries, with some nuances of mint (freshness) and balsamic. In the mouth, it shows an intense freshness, elegance, medium / long persistence and a pleasant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Service temperature of 16 ºC is recommended.

It can accompany dishes of some complexity.
