Product details
Wine made from grapes from the oldest vineyards in the Borba region, with three of the region's most emblematic and representative varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, on schist soils. Hand-harvested, the grapes were destemmed and fermented under controlled temperature in a small stainless steel press with moderate mechanical treading. Aged in French and American oak barrels and casks for 12 months. After gentle filtration, the wine was bottled and aged for 60 months in the cellar.
