Manual harvest and tread on foot in small mills of pink marble from Estremoz. Portuguese grape wine in a Sustainable Production system: Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Miúda (Graciano). Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Very aromatic wine, with notes of red fruits (pomegranate) and wild mushroom. On the palate it's elegant with soft tannins. Lively and savoury finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16 ºC to 18 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pairs with Wagyu beef tenderloin with sautéed vegetables, codfish or 4 cheese pizza.
