Winemaking:
The wine is fermented in tanks temperature-controlled stainless steel. This was followed by storage for 9 months in French oak barrels before bottling.

Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Sousão,Tinta Barroca

Fruity and tasty wine with notes of red fruits, spices and dishes.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with roasted, slightly caramelized red meat or game with black fruit jelly. Match also with a powerful Portuguese cheese from “Azeitão” or a traditional “Roquefort”.
