Aged for at least 12 months in the bottle on the lees from the second fermentation, before disgorgement, this sparkling wine showcases the fruit and volume of the Baga grape variety, along with all the complexity, creaminess, and persistence gained from cellaring. The characteristics of this dry and firm sparkling wine make it suitable as an aperitif or accompaniment to the main course, highlighting its remarkable versatility at the table.

It has a pale yellow color and very attractive aromas that include notes of citrus, green apple and bread dough. On the palate it is a vibrant sparkling wine, with plenty of energy, revealing a beautiful freshness on the finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 6ºC to 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
We suggest enjoying it as an aperitif, accompanying appetizers or any fish or white meat dish. It is a sparkling wine of choice to pair with Leitão à Bairrada (Bairrada-style suckling pig).
