Product details

Winemaking:
Selection of the finest grapes, hand harvested. First must obtained from a slight crushing. Static decanting and alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel vats with controlled temperature. The second fermentation occurs in bottle during 12 months according to the classic method, with manual remuage and cold disgorgement.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally in a cold and dark place with constant temperature. Ready to drink now, but will develop well in bottle for 5 to 7 years. Serve at 6°C.

Light bodied and complex, this wine is ideal for pairing with strong aged cheeses and intensely flavoured meat and fish dishes.
