Crystal clear appearance with fine, persistent bubbles, a defined pink colour, an intense aroma of fresh red fruits, predominantly cherry, strawberry and raspberry, and a fruity, elegant and harmonious flavour, finishing with a captivating mousse.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature between 6 and 8ºC.
