Honey has a multiplicity of beneficial properties and the fact that honey is a healthy and 100% natural food, it should be included in our diet, replacing, whenever possible, sugar. However, it should be eaten in moderation due to its high caloric content (about 3 kcal / g), so you should not consume more than 3 tablespoons of honey per day.
