Aimed at vegetarians and vegans, Beesweet offers Sweet Vegan, we're talking about Rice Jelly. A natural, organic, unrefined sweetener that comes from the natural fermentation of rice. It is obtained through enzymatic processes from the ground grain of organic rice. With no added sugar, it is also free from colourings, preservatives, gluten or allergens and GMO-free. It should also be noted that rice jelly does not contain fructose, which makes it a much more viable option compared to other vegan sweeteners. It is rich in complex carbohydrates and maltose. The release of sugar into the bloodstream occurs more slowly with this jam than with sugar.
Tasting Notes:
Beesweet Rice Jelly has a smooth, light and authentic flavour. This sweetener melts in the mouth, giving way to aromatic notes of rice and cereals, caramelised at the same time, with a light citrus touch.

In natural, homemade and healthy sweets and pastries such as cakes or biscuits; it's great for sweetening tea, coffee, fruit, yoghurt, vegetable drinks or other beverages such as fruit smoothies. It's perfect for making vinaigrettes for salads (just add half a squeezed lemon, a dessert spoon of Organic Rice Jelly and 1 tablespoon of virgin olive oil). Try it on your toast for breakfast.
