Clear honey, with a mild and aromatic flavour, is collected by bees in the abundant fields of Rosemary, located on the lower slopes of the Serra da Malcata in Portugal, a nature reserve covering 21,000 hectares. The dehydrated apple, of Portuguese origin, is finely sliced and is the result of a drying process that reduces the moisture content of the fruit to 2%, in a controlled environment, without the addition of sugars, colourings or preservatives, resulting in a 100% natural product. Ingredients: Rosemary Honey (99%) and Dehydrated Apple with Cinnamon (1%).

From the aromatic mixture of rosemary honey with apple and cinnamon, of Portuguese origin, a flavor that is well-known and appreciated by all, a honey with a warm and delicate flavor is obtained, with an intense aroma and flavor of cinnamon.
Storage:
Store at room temperature, free from humidity, dirt or other factors that may cause contamination or alteration of the product.

Use as a sweetener for tea, coffee or milk, or as a topping for natural yogurts, cured and fresh cheeses, pancakes, crepes or scones. Ideal for sweet and sour sauces for meats or salads, grilled shrimp and in the preparation of cocktails.
