Honey harvested on the slopes and valleys of Serra da Lousã. It is a honey full of personality, with a strong flavour, slightly acidic and dense consistency. It presents itself with a very dark and amber tone. It has a striking aroma and flavour, slightly spicy, resulting from the mixture with ginger, and with a slight astringency, typical of heather nectar. Ingredients: Honey (99%) and Ginger (1%).

Store at room temperature, free of moisture, dirt or other factors that may cause contamination or product changes.
Perfect Serve:
Use as a sweetener for tea, coffee or milk, or as a topping for natural yoghurts. With cured and fresh cheeses, pancakes or scones. Ideal in sweet and sour sauces for meats or salads, grilled shrimp and in the preparation of cocktails.
