Product details

Winemaking:
Harvested by hand at the optimum point of ripeness. Gentle direct pressing of the whole bunch. Cold decanting for 24 hours. Fermentation begins in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, followed by transfer to 500-litre second and third year French oak barrels. 10 months with gentle batonnage in the same barrels. Gentle filtration before bottling.
