Tasting Notes:
Crystalline appearance. Defined citrine colour with slight golden tones. Distinct aromatic intensity, predominantly yellow-fleshed fruits. Fruity, well-integrated oak from aging, fresh, noticeable volume on the palate, elegant and harmonious.
Store and Serve Advices:
Consume at 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
As an appetizer, lightly spiced dishes made with fish and white meat.
