Tasting Notes:
With a ripe aroma of tropical fruit, namely papaya and pineapple, green apple, yellow peach, among other white-fleshed fruits. In the mouth it is balanced and has a pleasant bitterness, its acidity is enveloping, and the finish is rich and pleasant. Its extension in the retro-nasal region is medium but very pleasant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10ºC.

River fish, fried sardines.
