Slow fermentation in French oak barrels (20 per cent new, 80 per cent used), without the addition of yeasts. Ageing for 10 months in the barrels where it fermented. Bottling in July and bottle ageing since then.

Elegant and complex nose with mineral notes from the granite stone dominating. Notes of citrus fruit, brioche, gunpowder and spices. Large mouthfeel with freshness and elegance, structure and a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
This wine has great potential for aging and will reveal different faces throughout its life in bottle. Drink at a temperature of 10 º C to 11 º C.
Food Pairing:
A perfect wine to enjoy with food, try it with baked fish, soft goat cheeses, white meat and cod dishes.
