Crushing with total destemming, followed by gentle pneumatic pressing. Alcoholic fermentation lasted approximately 2 weeks at 14-16°C. Aged for 8 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:
Aroma of citrus and tropical fruit. In the mouth it is fresh, mineral, with the fruit very present and a persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a horizontal position at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany all fish and seafood dishes and some lighter meat dishes.

Contains sulphites.
