A new return to the deepest roots: the ancestral vinification of grape varieties present in historical plots of old vineyards. Single-varietal Barcelo, it has a distinctive character, famous for its aromatic delicacy and structure, but also for the history that this unique grape variety has been able to write in our past.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
