Product details
The grapes were crushed with partial destemming, followed by gravity-controlled decantation of the must. Fermentation with selected yeasts took place in French oak barrels at a temperature of 18-24°C. With this wine, we aimed to study the potential, particularly of Encruzado, to withstand long barrel aging, so after fermentation, the aging was extended for 14 months.

Tasting Notes:
A light straw-coloured wine with a clear appearance; the delicate aroma clearly demonstrates the character of the grape variety, with notes of white fruits and white flowers, in perfect harmony with the very slight butteriness imparted by the wood. On the palate, it is very fresh, smooth, and has a pleasant finish.
