Product details

Winemaking:
This wine was obtained from a refined selection of grapes from the Encruzado variety, where vinification was conducted by an open spout process, with decantation by the cold. Partially fermented in French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C, for 4 weeks. Natural stage in contact with fine lees for 9 months in stainless steel vats and French oak barrels.
