Born from grapes harvested manually, 100% Encruzado. The beginning of fermentation due to skin contact in tanning, in cement vat with indigenous yeasts. The pressing is done fermenting wort passing to the east oak barrels (1/3 new barrels, two thirds used barrels), which ends the fermentation stage and is nine months (with 3 months bâtonnage).

Tasting Notes:
Aromas full of passion fruit and lemon. Very focused and aromatic. In the mouth is dry, salty is like a mirror of the nose: passion fruit and lemon. It's still very infant stage. it could have more acidity. It has a profile of the finest and delicate flowers. Light but very sharp. Long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
