Grapes destemmed, 1st stage of fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature; 2nd stage of fermentation in French oak barrels. Minimum aging of 9 months.

Tasting Notes:
Bright, citrus colour with some greenish hue, elegant aroma of citrus fruits and minerals, feeling slightly wood. Fresh in the mouth, creamy and greedy. With long and persistent finish as a result of aging in new French oak barrels.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
It goes well specially with fish and seafood, but can also be served with some meat dishes.

Contains sulphites.
