Tasting Notes:
Straw, lemon. Fine and elegant. Very fruity and fresh, with aromas of pear and white plum, and hints of pineapple. Very minerally and some tropical fruit, very well integrated. Intense, full of aromatic notes reminiscent of dried fruit and stone fruit. Balanced acidity, complex, and with good structure provided by the acidity. Minerality is evident on the nose. Long and fine finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
This is the perfect accompaniment to elegant dishes based on fresh or gratin vegetables, starters like oysters or asparagus in butter sauce, or even dishes with fatty fish like salmon.
