Product details

Winemaking:
Aging: 60% of wine aged for 6 months in French oak barrels and 2 months in bottle. Preparation: Skin contact, cold pressed partial removal. Partial fermentation in French oak barrels.

Grape Varieties:
Malvasia Fina

Tasting Notes:
Citrine color. Fruity and dry aroma, with floral notes, elegant and fresh.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 8-10ºC. Positive bottle aging is expected for approximately 2 to 4 years after bottling.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, fresh grilled meat and white fish as an appetizer.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
