Fermentation in lagar, foot threaded. This is a hallmark of Quinta do Infantado and, together with the quality of the grapes, of great importance in the quality of these Porto's. Fermentation is longer and Porto's drier at Quinta do Infantado. The wine ages in old wood pipas with capacity between 500-600 litres.

Tasting Notes:
Light tawny colour, flavours of dry fruits and hints of citrus fruits. Medium volume in mouth, elegant, long finish. It is a classic of the style. Intense and liquorice and along.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be drink fresh, like an aperitif or at the end of a meal with cheese or chocolate desserts.
