Product details

Winemaking:
The kamikaze line consists of a range of experimental wines, wines out of the box, so that we can try different winemaking techniques and / or grape varieties worked differently from the traditional one. The Pilot Kamikaze Vin de Soif is a wine in which we use Moscatel Roxo grapes, vinified as red wine. The result obtained is reminiscent of a French Vin de Soif, wines normally consumed in the countryside by farmers to quench their thirst. It is a wine that at first is strange due to its strong character, but then becomes entrenched, as it marks whoever tastes it. Rotating barrel without temperature control and with complete skin maceration. Aged for 12 months in old barrels and 3 years in bottle.
