Tasting Notes:
Dark ruby colour. Fresh aromas with intense red fruit and plum. In the mouth, rich notes of plum and spices. Round and balanced tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine blends harmoniously with cheeses such as Roquefort, Stilton, Fourme d'Ambert, and all kinds of desserts made with chocolate and red fruit.
