Product details
The wine was aged on the lees for 2 years and 7 months. It underwent malolactic fermentation with partial aging in barrels. Part of the batch fermented in fermentation (skin fermentation). The other part of the batch fermented and aged in stainless steel. The grapes were hand-harvested into small boxes. The harvest took place in the first week of September under dry weather.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, straw yellow in colour. Aromas of dried fruit: apricot, quince and apple. Complex aromas of fig jam, jelly, caramel, coffee. Flavors of jam, dried fruits and toast. Complex and harmonious mouthfeel, elegant with a lot of unctuousness. Good persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a horizontal position at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Not very strong cheeses, smoked fish.
