Manual harvest. Crushing of the grapes followed by decantation for 48 hours. Fermentation was natural and occurred for 3 months in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes:
A light wine with a good body and structure. Complex in the mouth and deliciously fresh and mineral.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 7ºC-14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Delicious as an appetizer together with seafood, it also goes well with sushi and strong and exotic dishes.
