Grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes, with a great deal of selection right from the vineyard, and only those bunches that are perfectly ripe and in good health are picked. Total destemming. 4-hour skin maceration. Light cold decanting. Long fermentation in stainless steel followed by an extended ageing period of around 7 months on fine lees.

Tasting Notes:
Aromatically expressive nose, with floral notes (white rose) as well as orange blossom and leaves and a slight hint of laurel, in keeping with the typical character of the grape variety. In the mouth we find the same clear notes of flowers and orange leaves. Vibrant and very fresh acidity, well balanced with a certain unctuousness and a long finish. Elegant and balanced.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed between 9-11ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal for light starters such as salads or fish and seafood. However, its versatility means it can also accompany fish and some lighter sweets.
