The harvest took place under ideal atmospheric conditions in the 2nd week of September. The grapes were duly selected, pressed whole bunches with low yield, and then the fermentation process was carried out over 15 days at low temperatures. The grapes were then aged in used French oak barrels for 9 months.

Tasting Notes:
Intense citrus yellow color. Aromas of white fruit, combined with nuances of orange blossom and light toast. Harmonious and vibrant, it is lively with clear minerality and very well integrated wood. With an excellent balance between freshness and fruit, it indicates some aging capacity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles should be stored lying down, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place. This wine should be consumed at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Great gastronomic potential and a wide range of pairings for structured dishes, or cheeses and sausages subject to long curing.

Contains sulphites.
