Very pale greenish yellow in colour. Intense, very delicate aroma with hints of white pulp fruit and very soft toast. Balanced and with a long and intense aftertaste. Perceptible mineral notes in the aroma and flavour that give it complexity and longevity. Good acidity, refined and elegant. Huge evolutionary capacity.

Service Temperature: 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
The wines made with the Encruzado variety combine very well with light meats, fatty fish and seafood salads.
