This wine results from a rigorous selection of our best Padeiro grapes and is the result of a perfect harmony between modern techniques and tradition. Harvesting is done manually in small boxes. Vinification is carried out by pressing the grapes at low pressure, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperatures. Before bottling, the wine is carefully filtered and stabilized by the action of cold.
