Product details

Winemaking:
Total stripping. Fermentation for 9 days. Maceration (7 days) after fermentation. Staging for 15 months in new French Allier oak barrels and 12 months of minimum period in bottle.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Ideal to accompany spicy dishes and game meats.
