Winemaking:
Vinified using the traditional classic method. Aged for 90 months.

Grape Varieties:
Baga,Chardonnay

Tasting Notes:
Citrus in colour, with slight hints of gold. The aroma has hints of orange blossom, some jam and a delicate breadiness. Fresh, elegant and very expressive on the palate.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.

Food Pairing:
Especially recommend to accompany starters, caviar, and fatty fish.
