Product details

Winemaking:
Vinified according to the traditional method, the second fermentation took place in bottles with free yeast, and aged on fine lees, in the Quinta de Baixo cellar, for 6 years.

Bical,Cercial,Maria Gomes

Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow in colour, shows a fine, persistent bubble. Austere, fresh and complex in the aroma, with citrus and white fruit profile in harmony with a slight roasting. In the mouth it is still very young, with claw, creamy and with a very present acidity. Vibrant and very persistent, it has a finish of mouth, dry, fine and refreshing.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.

Food Pairing:
Good to pair with tapas, grilled fish, and pasta with sautéed vegetables.
