The grapes were vinified respecting its whole nature. Fermentation took place in stainless steel mill with controlled temperature (28 º to 31 º C). Cuvaison for 18 days followed by a stage of 14 months in Allier oak barrels.

Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Old Vines
Tasting Notes:
Loaded colour, complex aroma with floral notes of red fruits typical of national, spicy and mineral Touriga. The palate is engaging with a lively acidity, tannins present but subtle, very fine fruit and impressive structure, it finishes long and persistent. A wine of great longevity.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
