After manual harvesting and a careful selection of bunches, the de-stemmed grapes fermented at a controlled temperature in a 5000 L French oak vats. The wine then aged for another 18 months in the same vats. After bottling, it rested in the bottle until its release.

Tasting Notes:
Semi-concentrated ruby colored wine. Aromatically it is fresh and fragrant, suggesting notes of fresh herbs, flowers and spice. Characteristics that elegantly involve ripe red fruit, plums and raspberries in jam. On the palate, it has a delicate texture with fine tannins, refreshing acidity and a flavorful, long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
A red from Alentejo, delicate and versatile. Excellent company to pair with Italian dishes (pesto sauce, tomato and basil, strong cheeses), sautéed mushrooms (earth, forest), braised poultry meat dishes and dishes with marked spices.
