After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, the wine remained in French oak barrels for 8 months. After bottling, the wine ages in the bottle for 3 months.

Tasting Notes:
full-bodied and full-bodied red. Lots of fruit with some notes of new wood giving it a very ripe and sweet tone. Mouth with fat and sweet tannins, some width, speech centered on the sumptuousness of the barrel, fruit and unctuousness, long finish with a lot of flavor.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC - 18ºC. Consume over the next 5 to 7 years.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with red meat dishes, game, pâtés, sausages and cured cheeses.
