Made with 59% Aragonêz, 27% Trincadeira, 13% Castelão, 1% Alicante Bouschet from 2015, 1% Castelão from 1999. The bunches pass through the sorting table to small 300 kg presses where, through bleeding, the skin/must ratio is 30%. Alcoholic fermentation takes place for 10 days with temperature control and commercial yeast. Malolactic activity occurs spontaneously during a cuvaison of approximately 2 months. Aging for 21 months in new Allier barrels with monthly bâtonnage, plus 6 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Very closed in colour, aromatically it is not exuberant, taking us to Chinese ink and a cigar box, in the mouth it is massive, occupies the space vigorously and the tannins appear tamed by the tasting density, despite the imposing volume at elegance is never lost.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served between 16° and 18°C.

It should accompany red meats, game and cheeses.
